‘Kitchen Appreciation’ is a 3% service charge that is added to all of our dining guests checks. The entirety of this charge is passed on to our kitchen staff. We believe this is the most transparent, honest and fair way to for our guests to show appreciation for the unsung heroes in the back of the house.
We began this initiative in 2019 and are proud to be (along with our sister restaurant The Bull and Beggar) the first restaurants in Asheville to provide a program geared towards rewarding the kitchen.
We understand that this may be progressive to some of our guests and are happy to remove this charge upon request.
