The Admiral embarked not with a set course, but began steering itself in a general direction. In 2007, we aspired to create an unexpected restaurant that thrived on it’s hospitality and creativity.

With the procurement of a modest cinderblock building on the wage earning side of town we succeeded in our goal - to serve a comfortable yet inventive cuisine without having to hold on to the conventions of fine dining.

We hope you find our décor timeless, our service gentle, and our cuisine comforting and delicious.
